Our quality assurance program is vital to achieve the highest food safety standards. It includes assurance programs in the orchards and providers through BPA programs, and Global Gap certifications for some produce. It considers agricultural handling and production programs which include programs for chemical applications with particular care for the environment and compliance with the restrictions for each consumer market.
BPMs are applied at the processing plant along with compliance of HACCP, ISO 9001 and BRC programs, besides Kosher certifications and IMO for organic products.
Upon entering into our processing plant of Valle Frio in Curico a full traceability program is applied on every pallet identifying producer, fruit, variety, quality and type of fruit. This allows unequivocal identification of produce all the way to its final consumption.
